Presentation and discussion of case SD-2-15, a proposed preliminary plat for Old West Marketplace by Barclay Group and SEG, representing WGG Partners LLC (owners). The applicants propose to re-plat the old Apache Junction Plaza subdivision and absorb it into a new larger commercial subdivision to be called Old West Marketplace, to include about 151,000 square feet of retail and commercial space on 6 new lots at the northeast corner of Old West Highway and Idaho Road.
