Presentation and discussion by City Staff with possible direction to staff from commission regarding amendments to Apache Junction City Code, Volume II, Chapter 2, Subdivision Regulations necessitated by amendments to Volume II, Chapter 10, Engineering Design Guidelines and Policies by the City Engineer. Staff is proposing merging the provisions of Article 10-8 Subdivision Plats, with Chapter 2, Subdivision Regulations, Articles 2-1 through 2-7 and drafting amendments for further consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.
