Title: Public hearing, presentation, discussion and consideration of proposed Ordinance No. 1433, case PZ-7-16, a city-initiated corrective rezoning for a 2.5 gross acre property (parcel #101-18-015B) from Medium Density Single-Family Detached Residential, Conventional or Manufactured Home Permitted (RS-20M) to Low Density Single-Family Residential, Conventional or Manufactured Home Permitted (RS-54M). The adoption of the city's new zoning maps inadvertently zoned this portion incorrectly. This corrective rezoning seeks to re-assign the approporiate zoning district to a large lot located at 1080 E. Scenic Street, west of the northwest corner of E. Scenic Street and N. Cactus Road to allow for future uses permitted under the RS-54M zoning district.
