Presentation, discussion, public hearing and consideration of proposed Ordinance No. 1441, case PZ-11-16, a request by CMH Homes Inc., represented by Waleed Hammad, to rezone a .24 acre property at 2888 W. 16th Avenue from Medium/High Density Single-Family Detached Residential by Planned Development (RS-7/PD) to Medium/High Density Single-Family Detached Residential, Manufactured or Conventional Home Permitted by Planned Development (RS-7M/PD). This rezoning seeks to allow one manufactured home on a lot that was previously approved for a lot split to allow two conventionally built two-story homes.
