A recent request for bids was conducted for asphalt emulsion to be used for in-house street maintenance chip seal operations. The bid opening was held on Thursday, January 10, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. where the following bid submittals were received. All bid proposals were reviewed for responsibility and responsiveness, technical ability/merit, financial viability, references and pricing. Staff requests City Council to give consideration of award of contract to Hawker & Evans Asphalt Company.
