Recognition by the mayor and city council of individuals and/or organizations who have made donations to support city activities, programs and projects.
Body
Pursuant to guidelines adopted by the city council during its November 1, 2016 meeting, on a quarterly basis the mayor and city council will recognize those individuals and/or organization who/that have made a donation to support a city activity. Eligibility for such recognition is based on recommendations provided to the council by a citizens' ad hoc committee.
