Presentation, discussion and possible direction to staff to proceed with a city-initiated rezoning for the purpose of encouraging development and redevelopment of a portion of Ironwood Drive from Broadway Avenue to Apache Trail (Ironwood Crossings). The proposed zoning will change the current zoning from B-1 and B-2 to B-1/PD and B-2/PD through the use of a Planned Development Overlay to modify existing zoning requirements and establish an appropriate palate of uses and development standards that will improve the viability of the corridor.
