Presentation, discussion and consideration of staff recommendation on the response to the city's notice inviting bid proposals for DSD 2018-01, a request for proposal for in-office residential and commercial plan review, counter plan review and inspector/plan reviewer training in which two proposals were received unresponsive. Staff is requesting the bid proposals be rejected and will seek other options for this customer service improvement.
