Title: Presentation, discussion and direction to staff on whether to terminate the 1992 agreements between the city and the remaining "self-policing" RV parks. In 1992, the city and several parks signed agreements that allowed for the placement of park models, awnings, screen rooms, storage rooms under 120 square feet, and other similar structures without the need for city permits. Staff is seeking direction whether these agreements should be terminated pursuant to paragraph 11 of said agreements.
