Presentation update on the Apache Junction Small Business and Non-Profit Organization Assistance Grant.

At a special meeting on July 14, 2020, the Apache Junction City Council approved Resolution No. 20-23 which allowed city staff to establish and implement a small business and non-profit organization assistance grant program for economic relief during the COVID-19 health emergency. Council stipulated up to $1,221,857.50 to fund the program with $1,021,857.50 designated for small business and $200,000.00 for non-profits. The grant opened on July 21, 2020 and closed on August 25, 2020. Staff will be presenting a summary of the grant program results.
